Recognizing her exceptional talent and dedication, Tosha was promoted to the position of Senior Accounting Manager in April 2022.

Prior to her time at Omega Senior Living, Tosha honed her financial management skills at various healthcare organizations. She spent ten years at Life Care Centers of America, where she meticulously handled accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. Her experience as the Business Office Manager at Derby Health and Rehabilitation allowed her to intimately understand the financial needs of senior residents and their families. Tosha’s role as the Accounting Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator at the corporate office of Axiom Healthcare Services further deepened her expertise in senior living finance.

Tosha’s educational background includes an Associate’s degree from Butler County Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wichita State University, which she obtained in 2015. Her educational foundation, combined with her hands-on experience, equips her with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial management specifically tailored to the needs of the senior living industry.
