Residential Care & Activities

Residential Care and Activities team members are people who enjoy being involved and helping one-on-one with seniors.  The Life Enrichment teams incorporate activities seniors look forward to.  They work with other parts of the community to organize the community calendar and organize arts, crafts, games, theatrics, and field trips to keep residents excited about life.

Nursing

Our Nursing team members enjoy collaborating with older adults, families, and their communities to ensure residents are enjoying a fulfilled quality of life.  They are compassionate and provide residents with the proper medication, assessing care daily, and providing emotional.  These individuals are trustworthy and focus on the whole person they are caring for.  If you are an individual with these great people skills, are resilient, and have excellent communication skills we encourage you to apply.  Whether you’re a CNA, CMA, LPN, or Nurse, there is room for growth and opportunity to become a Director or Manager role. Someone involved in Resident Care often involves assisting residents with personal hygiene and are nurturing individuals.  They respect the specific physical and emotional needs of each individual and assist them to the best of their abilities while being patient and kind.

Maintenance & Facilities

Maintenance & Facilities

We offer our own facilities services and maintenance staff that work on each of our buildings. These staff members are trustworthy and compassionate to residents, while being committed to quality, safety, efficiency, and cost control. Facilities services workers begin as maintenance technicians, they can move into the Facilities Service Manager role, and there is also a Director of Facilities Services position.

Administration

Administration

Our Community Administration team is the best in the industry. They are friendly and connect with staff and build a positive culture at our senior living community. Often they develop plans and manage teams, budgets, contracts, training, and employee development depending on the role. They work with multiple levels of management and, often times, residents and their families.  Our administration teams enjoy being down-to-earth professionals in their appearance and actions.

Dining Services

Dining Services

Dining Service team members are proactive individuals that enjoy working with various residents and keeping the dining and service areas clean and sanitary throughout the day. These important team members are responsible for the preparation of delicious meals from the menu plan and assisting with meal services. They are professional individuals who provide efficient & courteous service to residents and their guests. Prepare meals, restock essential items, and assists residents with additional daily care needs as necessary.  If you are an individual with a lot of drive, there is opportunity to make this a great, long-term career.
