Lynn Lavallee

Lynn Lavallee is the Chief Operating Officer at Omega Senior Living with over 20 years strategic business and financial experience to her role. She is responsible for leading the overall operations for more than 500 associates, residents, guests and family members. Lynn’s role advances one of the company’s key values, innovation. Her main changes include identifying and implementing new strategies that increases staff-resident interaction time and improves residents’ lives and caregiver work environments.

Lynn is a seasoned and trusted leader that consistently delivers results. She has been an integral part of establishing the foundation for Omega Senior Living and is uniquely qualified to drive strategic prioritization with a laser-focus on operational excellence and service innovation. Lynn leads with authenticity and has clearly demonstrated her passion for company Vision, Mission and Values as a culture champion, for caring for the seniors we serve, for guiding and developing our associates and teams, and for exemplifying the Team First Core Value.

Her expertise includes startups, acquisitions, repositioning properties, designing turnaround initiatives, sales and operations management. Lynn began her career as a Social Worker in a CCRC and rose through the ranks holding positions as Executive Director, Administrator, Regional Director of Operation, VP of Operations and COO. Lynn takes pride in helping create an environment that honors senior’s and allows them to thrive and maintain healthy lifestyles. During her tenure in senior housing, Lynn has demonstrated her exceptional ability to maintain both state and federal regulations as well as company standards, which translated into consistently deficiency free surveys and positive annual net operating income growth.

Lynn sits on the National Institute for Dementia Care board. She is passionate about caring for seniors and pushing the dementia care industry forward with cutting edge strategies that are founded on evidence-based research. These strategies offer better outcomes for residents which improves their quality of life. Lynn graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Lynn holds an Administrator’s License in Kansas and Oklahoma.
